At M3X.UK, we are proud to offer different ways of supporting our customers. Most of our existing customers benefit from our prompt response, with us being able to resolve 90% of problems remotely and within minutes. If we are unable to complete the repair remotely, an engineer will be on site as quickly as possible.

We can handle any equipment currently on the market, be it a mobile device, networking equipment, servers or workstations. We’ve worked with them all and are very competent in fixing all and any issues that should arise.

Our customers are extremely happy with the current contracts we offer, as there are no hidden costs. Most other support companies are quite happy to tell you what is covered but quite often don’t tell you what isn’t. In fact, most companies only support the existing infrastructure and charge additionally for any changes to it! For example, if you wanted to add a new user there would most likely be an extra charge, or if a hard drive failed in one of your workstations you would not only be charged for the new hard drive, but also for labour to reinstall the operating system and any additional software. At M3X, we charge a flat fee which includes everything!

All servers are monitored remotely and we are informed within 5 minutes of a server going offline, whether it be due to internet outage or something more serious. The monitoring system we use emails us the fault and also sends a message to all our engineers’ phones, so that it can be responded to promptly.

We understand that you might be working from home one evening and having difficulty connecting to your server. Most IT companies only work from 9-5 and charge you for the privilege of an out of hours number. M3X don’t! If you have a problem, simply give our on-call engineer a ring and they will talk through your problem with you, find out what’s causing it and aim to fix it.  If there is a major issue, which requires a site visit, we will visit the site and fix the problem. There will be no extra charge for this service upto 9pm. Any callouts after this time would incur an unsociable hour fee, but this would be no more than £40 an hour if you have a support contract with us.

Not only do we pride ourselves on our support, but also our prices. We guarantee we will be able to beat any new or existing contracts made by competitors by at least 10%
